At RGB Silver, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. We maintain strict quality checks, but in rare cases where issues occur, our Returns & Refund Policy ensures clarity and fairness.

1. No General Returns

• Products purchased from our website or store are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

• We encourage customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

2. Damaged / Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customers are required to provide a video recording of the unboxing process as proof.

• Our team will review the video and product details to confirm eligibility.

• If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit of equal value.

3. Product Exchanges (Customer Choice)

• If you no longer wish to keep the purchased product, you may return it in undamaged, unused, and original condition.

• Upon approval, you will be eligible to select another product of the same value (in INR) from our store.

• Price differences (if any) will need to be settled before dispatch of the new product.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

• For approved returns or exchanges, the refund or credit process will take 4–5 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Jewellery that shows signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during delivery will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon receipt.

• Failure to provide the unboxing video within 48 hours will disqualify the order from return/review.
